Mobile app for technicians
The Terra CMMS mobile app is for technicians: a technician can be called with the app or by scanning the code at the machine, and the call, arrival and repair times, tasks and maintenance work are recorded on the phone.
The app runs on the web, so it can be used on both Android and iOS phones.
Technicians see the tasks assigned to them and record completed maintenance work right on the phone, while the system stores the time and history together with the other Terra CMMS modules: technician call, maintenance work recording and monitoring.
